goldilocks

i have a potty mouth. i just want to say that right here and right now.

I write less potty mouthed than i speak.

last night crotchety began a 'conversation group'. which he advertised for on craigslist.

but nobody showed up except those that he already knew and somebody i invited.

and those of us who knew each other are so familiar with each other, plus a few glasses of wine in us...i wonder if we were obnoxious or overwhelming for our guest.

we can be thoughtful, i swear.

the new plan is to start with those we know, and have people bring at least one stranger. so we build off of our friends in a natural manner.

the whole idea is for crotchety to have new smart people to talk to. apparently we're not smart enough. i'm ok with that.

i drank too much or it just all went to my head because of mild awkward feelings

i'm looking forward to downtime and gym time this weekend...

sometimes i talk too much. sometimes i don't talk enough. sometimes i talk juuuust right.

i'm a conversational goldilocks.
