stilted

i am watching tv and thinking about making pasta.
monk is with his family ... i hope he is doing ok. but i'll be here to rub foreheads when he gets home.
and damn it's hot. i'm sweaty.
today i've had no energy at all.
i reread The Bone People.. it's very beautiful.
i feel a little stilted..
