i think i'll have a caramel

i like busy days. today i struggled with imageready and html and slicing and it was all great.

now i'm going to go to minna and look at a photo shoot of scion and i think that's considered work because, well , that's what we do. scion i mean.

i think there's a big difference between knowing or understanding something semantically and understanding/knowing it on an emotional level. that's all i'll say on that. but sometimes i am one not the other. sometimes i am both.

tonight i return to training, as there's another half marathon in the fall.

i think i'll have a caramel.
