i love running

why do i dread running and put it off and put it off.

i mean, when i go running... i get into my stride and even when it hurts and my lungs are behind the times or my legs have gotten a little out of shape, i am pushing and thinking "fuck. i love this shit"

and who knew fischerspooner would be ideal running music.

i mean, i'm no 'techno' type girl

but yea. ideal.

and all bow your heads in silence for a moment , we are grieving the death of amy's car by gunshot wound. (ahahahahaha) (no. really)
