temporary

i've been kinda wanting to not talk about what i've felt

which is fine. i'm good at talking about what i'm thinking, waht i'm going through, what i'm processing

but if i'm just feeling kind of sad? i want to just feel it, not talk about it (which then compounds it) and get past it

so...i wonder if that's bothering the people around me, but... knowing me it's just temporary.

just wanting some space. and again
