night guards

i used to grind my teeth a lot during sleep.

i used to wake up my ex boyfriend every night with the sound of grinding.

then i seemed to stop. maybe i relaxed.

lately i've been waking up with sore teeth and jaw.

i think maybe i'm hiding a much more uptight person inside me, and she comes out at night.

i think i need a night guard.
