a lazy power house

we're moving tomorrow
the movers come between 1 and 3.
we're not even mildly ready.
no, that's not true. but it will be a scramble to be truly ready
thankfully A is coming over at around 9:30 to help us pack up the kitchen
i've packed the living room and books, monk has the office. tonight i'll pack up my clothes and everything in the bedroom. tomorrow i'll pack the kitchen and the rest of the bedroom--bed clothes etc.
and monk will do the utility room adn then we'll basically be done

why is it that i do so much better when i'm in a hurry?
if i have days and days to pack, i just sort of laze my way through it
but when it gets down to the wire, i become a power house.
