sleeping in is the best thing in the world

i got me a spanky new laptop. it's a cute little 12 inch ibook. (my my it is small. i'll have to get used to it)
i'm on the couch with this cute little white computer on my lap, hooked up to the wireless and hoo haw. i'm almost glad we got robbed. ok, that's a stupid thing to say. but our insurance covered it all and we've been upgrading .. we bought a better camera than we'd had. a better laptop, etc.
so, it's been fun to have new toys and i've liked that aspect. but those stupid boys better stay away now. (we have an alarm system, so it shouldn't be aproblem. whenever you open a door and set off the alarm there is a VERY LOUD WOOP WOOP WOOP noise)

we put down a deposit on our wedding spot, and i almost broke into hives. i'm good at spending small amounts of money ..sometimes in great volume. but i've very rarely ever spent a lot in one sum. hoo mama.

this week was too busy. dinners with friends and the gym (we joined the gym!! my abs were damn sore all week)... and birthday dinners and galavanting around.
our neighbors are blasting polka! i love our neighbors, even though i have no idea which neighbors they are!
anyway.. i got crabby and tired by the end of the week..so it was great to sleep in today and hten get to go buy this new toy of mine. (oh and it came with a $100 mail in rebate on a photo printer! so now i can print my photos!)
i'm all exclamation pointy today.

today after we bought cool toys. . we went to target and bought wads? reams? copious amounts? of storage devices. plastic bins and drawers and such..
and i got some nick and nora pajamas and i've wanted nick and nora pajamas for forever.

i get to sleep in again tomorrow. so all is fantabulous in the world.

[begin cheese] p.s. i find out more and more about how absolutely wonderful a person that boy is.. and am a little overwhelmed. i'm lucky. [end cheese]
