kitchen inventions

last night was all about the lovin and the cuddling and the hottubbin and indiana jones.
and i didn't know what to make for dinner because i'd forgotten to thaw chicken or fish so i invented a pasta dish using CSA vegetables because we always have too many and it's a challenge to find new ways to use them
it was shell pasta
and for the sauce ..in olive oil i sauteed red peppers, onions, garlic, pine nuts, golden raisins, spinach and tomato. i added salt, pepper and a little reggiano and it turned out god damn delicious.
i'm a kitchen inventor.

addendum: monk reminds me that i needed to get rid of leftover salmon from the night before so it also had salmon in it
