food stuff

i love making dinner with monk

last night we had fresh heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, mixed greens with perfectly ripe avocado. i rarely ever toss a perfect salad with anything but balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, because it's the cleanest taste.

i sauteed brocolli ina little oil with garlic, added some shrimp and scampi sauce .. and tossed with penne.

and oh was it yummy.

a glass of red wine each

and full bellies for hours.

do you prefer the word tummy or belly?

tonight after our run, i think we'll just have leftovers of last night.
