joy full

my feet are oily in my socks. my body is oily in my clothes

i got a massage today and i still have oil on me.

i feel damn good.

hot baths. steam room. cucumbers on my eyes. and a massage.

also, two new books.

yesterday was a day of excess, which i really can't do often but it was fun.

it started out wholesomely enough. a trip to the farmer's market. which just went and went and went and expanded and there was wine and chatter. and i ended up doing the stupid/spastic dance til 2am with a bunch of spastic boys and a few girls. it was joy full.
