self bettering

so after learning to sit so i can be in the moment. and watching Emma. I scrubbed the boogie drool spot. (where he drools near the front door sometijmes when he's upset that i've left him alone). and i went shopping for chai and tea and vegetables and some pasta.

helped a friend move (pathetically. my upper body strength is AWFUL).got the new couch! and then went to buy a chicken and brussel sprouts and a new mop

tonight, roast orange rosemary chicken, roast potatos and brussel sprouts.
