my shins were sore and i had to poop out at 6 miles. but you know what's funny? that i said to amy "wow, that was a waste of a running day" after runnign SIX MILES.

i mean. back in may? 2 miles was torture.

i'm really tired today. i've been tired for days, i think it's the weather change. the warmth of LA will be nice this weekend.

i've got almost 2k words for nanowrimo so far. it helps that i already know the story.
