i'm a little sore. . wait. a little sore?

I NEED A GOD DAMN WALKER.

i had to crawl up the stairs to my room just abouts.

but! i ran tonights 3miler with half the normal walking intervals. (normally it's 5 min run 1 min walk) . in fact, i thin we did 3 miles with only 3 walks , each for less than a minute.

and... the internet is a strange beastie. i've been revolving in the same orbit as another dlander... around some of the same planets. and ... in some ways, sharing a sun. ok, that is SO FUCKIN CHEESY. but you know what? i'm not going to delete it.

nyah.

anyway, it was neat. and i was both palpitating and nervous and heartbruised, but also grinning and shy and enjoying the contact.

and there were some things i read that felt like a blow to my ego(heart)[stomach].

but. i'm ok.

i need a shower. i'm stinky and sore.

and a little emotional.

i had what we now call "a friendster moment!"

and it was a little tremor that rocked my foundations just a teensy bit. but that's good.
