soon to be mango-drunk

last night was a good night. i've been feeling good in general since i started running, except for the shin splints that have occurred this week!

those suck.

i'm getting emails from my mother regarding hana (maui). about feeling mango-drunk, as she gets up early in the morning for a run and passes mango trees with unripe green mangos, ripe mangos bursting through their skin with juiciness, and crushed fallen mangos split upon the ground.

i'm so excited.
