running in the heat

how do people in hot climates do outdoor running?

i double booked running dates today. so i just did both. i ran this morning and then again at lunch with a coworker but i was felled by the heat. after 30 minutes or so i had to walk or i thought i'd die from overheated balloon head.

i swear i was as red as my hair!

and that's pretty fucking red.

i spent more time dumping water out of my water bottle onto my head than into my mouth.

hawaii somehow suddenly looks a little more daunting as far as the running goes
