yesterday i ran 3.5 miles and followed that up with the corona mini beer (half sized bottles very cute) because beer cuts lactic acid.

and a bbq veggie burger with cheddar cheese, avocado, artichoke hummus and lettuce on an english muffin, and a tomato avocado and cucumber salad with feta.
