bones

there are so many things about ourselves that are laid bare in moments of ..crisis or shock or even just small moments of upheaval.

i'm not sure i like everything that i see in that stark light... petty things. jealousthings. poison things. bare bones.

but at thesame time...

our bones keep us together. and our blood washes them clean.
