don't cross

i signed up for the jewelry class i wanted today. at san francisco state. a friend of mine and i are taking it together.

i know the woman who teaches it and she used to make rings with a superball for the stone. they were great. i wanted a frosted green one.. big silver bands. a silver setting and half a superball set in it like a bouncy gem.

i made my art-for-trade last night finally. the mcsweeney's guy gave me some little paintings and i was supposed to make him a shadowbox and it is finally done.

the weekend was healthy. a lot of time with girls. eating and talking and laughing.a nd plannign workouts and dance classes and eating healthy and less drinking and more walking and some of them will be doing a triathlon.

changes have begun and i feel healthier already.

but i lay in bed til 3am. wide awake, thinking about white moss and crystals hanging from the trees.

this is the week of good food
