relief

my head is filled with helium

and waking up this morning was a chore.

and i keep dreaming about leaning my forehead against somebody.

and i realized. i have forgotten what my 'relief moments' felt like.

i had two. and they are gone. those moments where you feel relief so intense it's a punch in the stomach and all air expelled.
