the weekend.

ok, finally the synopsis:

first night - explosive (everything) food poisoning after being in the car for 7 hours. there was a snowstorm and uberwoman totally took charge and changed our chains and tromped through the snow with determination , looking for them when they fell off. when we got to the house (beautiful house) unmentionable things ensued (out of my body) . finally managed to sleep. (if it hadn't been for the earthquakes in my belly, it was a good ride up. i think the girls i drove up with are the shit)

next day - tried a snowboarding lesson on the heels of food poisoning. did ok, but will never be a snowboarder ever. went home, soaked in tub. ate lasagna. managed to instigate a dance party with 5 of the attendees.��it's always good to have a dance party with somebody who can mimic michael jackson to the T.the rest played the board game Settlers of Catan. took hot tub with some of the girls. got out, leapt into the snow. got back in the hot tub.

next day - snow shoeing! very nice. relaxing. beautiful. made snow angels. made arm chairs in the snow and sat til our asses got numb. made snow wheels. went home. played settlers.

that night - half the people left. the rest watched the acadamy awards. yee fuckin haw for randy newman!

next day: sat on a deck at a resort drinking beer and having excellent conversation while the rest went skiing. drove home.

came home to my one true love: my bed. tried to hump it. it was unresponsive.

boogie was beyond ecstatic to see me.

woke up today. got my coffee and proceeded to get hit by a car.

all in all a very mellow weekend. now ready to plan a mexico trip. really enjoyed getting to know everybody.

(and my hair was a life all its own.)
