shit

everyone has something to say. and everybody has a "somebody told me..." story. the rumors fly. the assumptions fly. the fear. the worry. the cynicism. the sick twisted jokes. the frantic panic. it's all out there. the patriotism. the apathy. the xenophobia.

and i have nothing to say. not much at least. because obviously i'm saying 'something'.

all i know is that usually i feel cynical and apathetic.

and so, i'm surprised by the force with which i feel like crying.

i don't know what to say.

all my words feel flimsy and weak.

so i'll just stop now.
